With Inxmail Professional, you can easily transfer content from FirstSpirit to your newsletter using a so-called content import.

Customized branch office events

Events are scheduled regularly at Würth Germany's branches, but they differ in terms of content and timing. In this scenario, Würth Germany wanted a solution that would allow Inxmail editors to quickly and easily add current branch office events to a mailing. It was also important to ensure that each customer only sees the events in the newsletter that take place in their assigned main branch office.

Since the events of a branch office are maintained in FirstSpirit and published on the website, the events can also be easily transferred to Inxmail Professional. The editor can insert this content transfer in Inxmail anywhere in the newsletter. When sending the mailing, Inxmail checks for each recipient whether events are taking place at their main branch office. If this is the case, the events are displayed in the newsletter on a customer-specific basis. If no events are taking place, nothing is displayed.

Monthly offers

At the beginning of each month, Würth Germany offers products in various categories. These monthly offers are displayed simultaneously in the online store, the app and also in a newsletter. So that the offers do not have to be maintained separately in each medium, they are created once in FirstSpirit. Each medium then retrieves the information for the offers from FirstSpirit.

In order for the monthly offers to be displayed in a newsletter, the content transfer between Inxmail and FirstSprit was set up once and the layout of the offers in the newsletter was defined. Then the editor can insert the current monthly offers into a newsletter via an Inxmail function. In FirstSpirit it is also possible to control which specific products are to be displayed in a newsletter.

With this content transfer, all customers get the same offers displayed in the newsletter.
